Customer Support Operator for a Gambling Website

Position: Customer support operator for a gambling website with analytical skills.

Main responsibilities: Initial market research, dealing with customer inquiries, handling support chat, working with the website backoffice area and more (will be discussed during a job interview).

Working conditions: Remote, flexible schedule.

The salary: From 1000 AZN with a subsequent salary increase after successful completion of a probationary period.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in the field of gambling business;
  2. Basic analytical skills (initial basic market research is required);
  3. Native-Level Russian and Turkish, English will be an advantage;
  4. Ability to politely and non-conflict communicate with clients in Russian and Turkish;
  5. Responsibility, attentiveness.
  6. A stable and high-speed connection with the Internet;
  7. Own “fast enough” laptop or PC;
  8. Age from 23 to 45 years old.
